Anak bungsu saya, seorang peguam memberi tahu mereka arah yang tepat dalam bahasa Mandarin yang cemerlang. Reaksi perempuan-perempuan tersebut amat menggelikan hati saya. Saya lihat yang paling tua ternganga mulutnya, dalam kekaguman. Banyak lagi peristiwa yang menggelikan hati yang melibatkan kaum China tempatan.
